  “i recently took my traumatized terrier mix to Pretty Up Your Pup, when I called I warned the owner that he was abused by another groomer and no one has been able to groom him since. She said she would try her best and worse comes to worse he would have to go home. When I brought him in she right away was very comfortable with him. She took him in the back and let me sit in the waiting room where i could hear everything and by leaning over a little I could see too.She was so calm and caring with him. made him feel at ease and finished him in no time. I figured this was just a lucky day, but sure enough when we back for our second visit, same thing. She was calm and so was he. Im so thankful I found a groomer who loves my dog as much as I do.”

  “Took my poodle here on three occasions. The first time he looked good, got him in my car and he shook loose hairs all over my interior. They should have blown it off. Second time someone trimmed his nails and I put him in the car and his nail bled all over my cream leather and I had to use a magic eraser to get it off, I thought my leather was ruined, then got him home, and he had fleas on him. I never said a word. The third and last time I took him, it was a Saturday and I picked him up and THOUGHT they cut his eye, I rushed him to the emergency vet and paid 90 dollars to find out it was a loose hair that stuck to his eye. I apologized to the owner for making the mistake of thinking that, but that I had previous problems, to make a long story short, she didn't make me feel welcome to bring my dog back. I understand no one is perfect, but when I think about it I was a fool to keep going back. The low prices kept me coming back I guess. Shame on me, and you get what you pay for.”

  “As soon as my 100lb shephard and I walked in we were greeted immediately. The girl was so nice and friendly my dog picked up on immediately (normally he is very cautious of strangers). He loved her! Once he was finished he looked and smelled great. They used the shampoo I provided with no hassle and the price of it all was less than I expected. I highly recommend Pretty Up Your Pup!”

  “I will never go anywhere else again. For the first time I found a groomer to talk to me about maintaining my dog and keeping the cut that I wanted. He smelled great for weeks, and when we went back the 2nd time he had no problem going in. All of this and a fraction of the price I paid at other salons.”

  “I was taking my Australian Shepard and my Yorkie-poo to petsmart and i hated it! they did a horrible job and it cost $150! i decided to try pretty up your pup and they were great! they did exactly what i asked for, treated my dogs wonderfully, and it only cost $80!”

  “I took my Maltese to Pretty up Your Pup today. I asked them to trim and not shave him since I did not like the look of a shaven dog and wanted to keep his hair longer. When I called to see if he was done, they told he had misbehaven and was taking longer than normal because they needed to shave him. When I picked him up, he was COMPLETELY SHAVEN DOWN TO THE SKIN completely opposite of what I asked for. They brushed it off saying he was matted which he was not. Sounds more like they made a HUGE mistake or just didn't care. If he had been matted they should have called me to ask what I wanted.”
